
Kassandra grew up in the sunny Okanagan where she studied Kinesiology. She then completed her Masters in Physiotherapy at UBC, in 2022, where she then ventured out to the Cowichan Valley. Kassandra employs a multitude of techniques tailored uniquely to each patient. In her practice, she combines a functional approach with manual therapy and exercise prescription. Kassandra has expanded her skills in musculoskeletal techniques, soft tissue mobilizations, breathing exercises, postural control, and work ergonomics. Kassandra continues pursuing her passion for neurological, vestibular, and concussion rehabilitation. Kassandra also uses tools such as cupping with movement, Gua sha, paraffin wax, and K-tape, to name a few.
Kassandra highlights the significance of fostering a collaborative partnership focused on teamwork, which, in turn, facilitates the exploration and development of strategies for crafting an individualized approach. Kassandra aims to enhance her patients' independence and confidence levels, thereby improving their overall quality of life during their recovery journey.

Outside the clinic, Kassandra has a deep passion for singing and playing instruments. She also channels her creativity through creating a variety of functional art.
